Support Centre of Social Economy – Good Work

The main objective of the project is to develop and strengthen the development potential of social economy entities focused on increasing employment and social activity of people at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion. PSSE sp. z o.o. in this projects carry out tasks relating to business consultancy (including in the areas of marketing, management, advertising, sales, HR, loans and guarantees) and enabling the promotion of social economy entities and social enterprises in business events.

It is importent to use of green technologies to reduce pollution in the South Baltic area through preventing hazardous and undesirable particles from reaching the Baltic Sea. The project also aims at disseminating knowledge on proactive environmental solutions in the South Baltic area.

Creating conditions conducive to the creation and development of innovative start-up enterprises involves preparation and implementation of support programme in the Eastern Poland macroregion. As part of the project, individual support will be provided for innovative start-ups based on the idea, in the areas of: ICT, Ecoenergetics, Food Production.

Tripolis

Professionalisation of the activity of three business environment institutions in the Gdańsk-Gdynia-Sopot Metropolitan Area, improvement of staff skills and extension of the partners’ offer aimed at creating better development conditions for SMEs in the region of Pomorskie province is our target. The project should result in preparation for the provision of 10 new or improved expert consultancy services in response to the demand reported by entrepreneurs, and the creation of an IT platform to manage cooperation and partner resources.

Future Industry Competencies

The main goal of the project is to improve the situation on the labor market of 306 employees of MSMEs and social economy entities (PES), at the age of professional activity from the province. Pomorskie, which on their own initiative are interested in acquiring, supplementing or increasing skills and competences.

It is crucial to develop and increase the competitiveness for European SMEs and start-ups through market launch of new or significantly improved products and services with higher value (with higher quality, increased access, eco-innovative, resource efficient and internationally scalable). In long term (strategic goal), the project aims to innovate and increase the competitiveness of the European Health Tech, Green Tech and Smart City industries globally.

Project SOVtBAL

The seed money project is intended to facilitate the process of preparation of full-scale projects to be implemented and financed under the Interreg South Baltic Programme regular calls for proposals. It aims at stimulating the development of high-quality projects and serves as an incentive for potential beneficiaries to convince local decision-makers to develop a project idea, as the respective costs are co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
