Coworking of Gdansk Science and Technology Park is an open space offering a common, creative work environment. We offer not only comfortable desks but also an atmosphere full of inspiration and the opportunity to establish interesting business contacts.

By using our zone, tenants have the opportunity to participate in training, conferences and seminars organized by the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park.

Pomeranian Package

flexible workplace

A desk in the open space zone, which you can use whenever you want as part of a commercial package.

Pomeranian Package includes the following services:

• limited access to coworking, which is available: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• a desk in the open-space zone
• dedicated application
• handling incoming correspondence
• an alert informing about registered correspondence
• possibility to rent meeting rooms
• access to a photocopier
• Internet access
• access to the chill-out area
• access to the common areas of the building
• security of the facility: 24 hours a day

A commercial package of coworking services of the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park for every entrepreneur who values 24/7 availability and their own dedicated work space.

Special Package includes the following services:

• unlimited access to coworking, which is available: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• an individual desk
• individual locker with a key
• dedicated application

Laboratory - "Image and Sound Processing"

Zone Package

( with de minimis aid )

We invite innovative entrepreneurs whose main area of activity is the image and sound processing industry to use this package, using artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), analysis of data sets (Big Data), VR / AR technologies in their projects / works ( virtual reality/augmented reality), etc.

Includes the following services:

• unlimited access to coworking, which is available: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• an individual desk
• individual locker with a key
• dedicated application
• handling incoming correspondence
• an alert informing about registered correspondence
• possibility to rent meeting rooms
• access to a photocopier
• access to the projection screen and the server based on the signed agreement
• Internet access
• access to the chill-out area
• access to the common areas of the building
• security of the facility: 24 hours a day

450 PLN net/month (+ de minimis aid in the amount of 50%).

*The market rate for one workstation for the Zone Package is PLN 800 net/month. The rent paid by the client will be PLN 400 net/month, while the difference between the market rate and the rent rate is PLN 400 net/month and constitutes 50% of the de minimis aid.

Laboratory - "The European Institute of Internal Security"

Zone Package

We invite innovative entrepreneurs whose main area of activity is the energy security industry (e.g. performing audits), cyber security (e.g. entities with software, hardware and services ensuring the security of company infrastructure, monitoring of ICT and communication networks, general monitoring).

Includes the following services:

• unlimited access to coworking, which is available: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• an individual desk
• individual locker with a key
• dedicated application
• handling incoming correspondence
• an alert informing about registered correspondence
• possibility to rent meeting rooms
• access to a photocopier
• access to a 3D printer - the ability to use the equipment on the basis of a signed agreement
• access to drones - the ability to use the equipment on the basis of a signed agreement

for ICT start-ups

The offer was created for ICT start-ups*, in particular for those who dealt with the production of goods and services allowing for the electronic recording, processing, transmitting, reproducing or displaying information.

* those who intend to start business activity or  have been carrying out such activity for less than 24 months.

The GSTP Co-Work ICT Zone was created within the “ICT Startup – generation of innovative enterprises by the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park for the development of the Pomeranian ICT Cluster” project, implemented over the period of: 01.10.2012 – 30.09.2014. 
The project was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund within sub-action 1.5.2 “Support of the regional pro-innovative processes” of the 2007-2013 Pomorskie Voivodeship Regional Operational Programme.

Meeting rooms

We offer you comfortably equipped 2 meeting rooms, which include: monitors, conference tables, comfortable armchairs, flipcharts. The rooms we offer are ideal for small trainings, conferences, business meetings, coaching, interviews or exams.

Chill-out zone

The Chill-out zone is a specially separated space for rest and entertainment. A place that will allow you to forget about your duties for a moment, calm down, stay away from the hustle and bustle and the fast pace of work.

Appropriate rest during working hours allows you to regenerate the mind and positively affect the quality of the duties performed. Stress and fatigue are natural phenomena resulting from the high pace of work, fortunately they can be alleviated in our Strefa Chill-out.

The room has been equipped with Xbox gaming consoles, table football and comfortable sofas. All with a view to ensuring the highest comfort and entertainment.

What is the difference between a coworking space and an office?

A coworking space consists of a common workspace, open plan, with individual desks for each person or with hot desks, which is a more flexible solution.

What is in the coworking space of the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park?

Individual desks and open space desks.

Tenants have access to: lockers (depending on the package), kitchenettes, rest areas, bathrooms, meeting rooms, terraces and showers.

Can I see the space before signing the contract?

Yes, after making an appointment, we invite you. We will show you around the space and match the right package to your needs.
