Information about the Personal Data Administrator
- The administrator of your data is Pomeranian Special Economic Zone Ltd. with headquarters in Gdańsk (80-172), at ul. Trzy Lipy 3, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, 7th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000033744, NIP 5880019192, REGON 190315182, share capital PLN 286.603,000.00 paid up in full,

- Your personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR. a) and f) and art. 9 sec. 2 lit. a) and i) GDPR, in order to subscribe to the event, to provide service to the event and to implement the assumptions of the Project.
- Your personal data will be processed throughout the duration of the activities for promotional, advertising or statutory purposes, and after the completion of the above-mentioned activities will be stored for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations provided for by law (including archival, pursuing claims or defending one's rights), for the purposes of reports and inspections under the Project and until consent is withdrawn.
- The recipients of your personal data will only be authorized persons, public authorities, entities / institutions specified by law or persons, entities cooperating on the basis of contracts and agreements concluded in the performance of activities related to with statutory activities, including the organization of lectures / workshops / events (including entities processing entrusted data). In addition, the recipients will be representatives of the European Commission and other Project supervisory authorities.
- Providing your personal data is voluntary, but if you do not do it, it will not be possible to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected, e.g. it will not be possible to participate in the event.
- Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area or to an international organization.
- We also do not make decisions in an automated manner, including the form of profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 sec. 1 and 4 GDPR.
- Pursuant to the provisions on data protection, you have the right to request access to your personal data, request their rectification, request their removal or limit the processing and transfer of data. At any time, you have the right to object to the processing of data on the terms and to the extent resulting from the GDPR. The right to object to data processing does not apply if: the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of consent, the processing of data is necessary to perform the contract to which you are a party, the processing is necessary for the Administrator to fulfil a legal obligation. The above requests can be sent to the address indicated in point 1 and 2.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body - the President of the Data Protection Office, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions on the protection of personal data.

The above consent means that the photos and videos taken during the event may be published on the Internet, including, in particular, on the website of the event, as well as on the Organiser's website at the following addresses (www.gpnt.pl, www.strefa.gda.pl, www.bpnt.pl) and in the Organizer's newsletters, social media, on Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc., as well as for the purposes of documenting activities, e.g. in presentations.
