StartupHack edition 2 is a continuation of the series of Business and Technology Hackathons organized at the Gdansk Science and Technology Park. The Hackathon is a companion event to the Digital Baltic Conference organized under the auspices of the Polish Presidency of the EU Council in 2025.
The partner of the 2nd edition of StartupHack is the Ministry of Defense. The idea of the Hackathon is to respond to real challenges in the area of maritime technologies enhancing the resilience of maritime critical infrastructure, cyber security using Dual-Use technologies. During the Hackathon, each idea will be confronted with experienced mentors who have been guiding young innovators in the startup market for years. The finale of the event will be a presentation by the startups and discussion of their projects by the Jury. As an added bonus, you will have the opportunity to present your idea at the Digital Baltic Junior Conference, provided you register for the Digital Baltic Conference in advance on the organizer's website.

Digital Baltic 25
Digital Baltic is an international conference on security, defense and critical infrastructure protection in the Baltic Sea region. The event provides a forum for the exchange of experience and cooperation between representatives of defense ministries, NATO and EU international organizations, academia, the armed forces and industry. Participants will make joint efforts to develop modern situational monitoring tools, integrate dual-use solutions and develop proposals for international legal and technical solutions for maritime security. The conference is part of NATO's Digital Ocean, Baltic Sentry and EU initiatives, responding to current threats and needs of countries in the region.
